Tütenheld im SWR: Unsere Schwarzwald-Erfindung im Fernsehen

Bag hero on SWR: Our Black Forest invention on TV

A special day of filming with SWR

Sometimes things happen that you don't expect…

Suddenly, a TV crew is at the door – interested in exactly what started at your own family table.

That's how it was for us.

With our Black Forest invention Tütenheld, we were able to be part of a report on SWR Landesschau Baden-Württemberg. A moment that not only makes us proud – but also shows how far a simple idea can go.

Visit from SWR – a day full of impressions

Editor Samantha Happ and cameraman Malcom visited us to tell the story behind the Tütenheld.

From the very first conversation, it was clear:
This isn't just about a product – it's about a real story.

The filming day was intense, exciting, and at the same time incredibly personal.
Between camera, lights, and microphone, it always came back to what drives us:

  • A simple solution for a problem almost everyone knows.

The origin story – from problem to solution

The idea for Tütenheld originated – as so often – from everyday life.

Organic paper bags collapsing in the bin.
Moisture making everything unstable.
And in the end: chaos in the bin.

So we asked ourselves:
Why isn't there an easy solution for this yet?

What followed were many attempts, prototypes, tests – and also setbacks.
But that's precisely how the Tütenheld was created step by step:

  • A simple, stable, and clean solution that addresses the problem exactly where it arises.

Behind the scenes – a glimpse you otherwise never get

For us, the day of filming was something very special.

To see our story being told…
How details are captured…
And how a complete picture emerges from many small moments…

That was impressive.

A big thank you to the entire SWR team – for the professional execution, the understanding of our story, and the pleasant atmosphere throughout the shoot.

A moment we will never forget

The television broadcast was a real highlight for us as a family.

To know that our idea from the Black Forest is now reaching so many people –
that means an incredible amount to us.

And it shows:

  • Big things can start very small.

What's next?

The report is not the goal for us – but another step.

We continue to work on making the Tütenheld even more widely known and providing more and more people with a clean solution for their organic waste.

Do it right – or don't do it at all.
In the Black Forest, they don't say that for no reason.
