Delivery Area

We only deliver within Germany.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.10 per order.

For two or more items, delivery within Germany is free of shipping charges.

Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is done with DHL or a comparable parcel service.

The choice depends on the delivery destination, product size, and weight.

Delivery Time

Delivery time within Germany is usually 1–3 business days from the conclusion of the contract, or from the time of payment instruction for agreed prepayment.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, if available.

Returns / Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

Return costs in case of cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Please keep the return receipt carefully until the return process is fully completed. The return receipt may be required to prove the timely dispatch of the goods.

Condition of returned goods

The goods should be returned as clean, complete, and undamaged as possible.

You only have to compensate for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

For orders of several identical products, opening one item is generally sufficient to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning. If additional items are unpacked or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, a reasonable compensation for the resulting loss in value may be claimed.

Refund

Upon receipt of your cancellation declaration, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs. Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Voluntary return after the cancellation period has expired

After the statutory cancellation period has expired, i.e., from the 15th day after receipt of the goods, a return is only possible after prior arrangement and subject to individual review.

In this case, after receipt and inspection of the condition of the goods, we will check whether a return or refund can be made out of goodwill.

Note on undeliverable shipments, incorrect delivery addresses, and refusal of acceptance

Please make sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address when ordering.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, non-collection, or refusal of acceptance, this does not automatically count as a cancellation.

A cancellation requires a clear declaration from the customer, for example via our cancellation form or by email.

After receiving the return, we will review the process. If no valid cancellation has been declared, we will generally refund the value of the goods. Shipping costs already incurred may be retained in this case.

If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, non-collection, or refusal of acceptance and is not returned to us, a refund can only be made once the goods have been received by us or the matter has been finally clarified with the shipping service provider.

Resending is possible after clarification of the matter and renewed payment of shipping costs.
