1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order is sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon a separate order confirmation or shipment of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in Euro, including statutory value-added tax.
In addition, we may charge shipping costs, which will be clearly indicated during the order process.
5. Payment
The payment methods offered in the online shop (PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, etc.) apply. Your account will be debited immediately after the order is completed.
6. Delivery
Delivery within Germany is carried out by a shipping service provider of our choice.
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days, unless otherwise specified.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The exact conditions can be found under Right of Withdrawal Information on this website.
In the event of a withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods and arrange this independently.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
