Right of Revocation
Consumers have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Revocation
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration of your decision to revoke this contract.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of revocation before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs. Excluded from this are additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of revocation.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back – whichever is the earlier.
Return & Costs
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You, as the buyer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned as clean, complete, and undamaged as possible. You are only liable for any loss of value if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
For orders of several identical products, opening one item is generally sufficient to check its condition, properties, and functionality. If further items are unpacked or used beyond what is necessary for checking, a reasonable compensation for any resulting loss of value may be claimed.
